The Repair Process
We’ve split our main process into 4 easy steps.
Assessment.
The vehicle is covered in a protective sheet, and floor coverings are used to protect the work area. The damage is then sanded and the area to be sprayed is masked up.
Preparation.
The area is then prepared to be sprayed, the damaged areas are primed, cleaned free from dust and the paint is mixed by formulation, applied and dried.
Application.
Lacquer is then applied, dried with an infrared curing.
Perfection.
The area is then quality checked for any imperfections, machine polished and waxed.
How we can help.

Repairing your car damage at your convenience without having to lose your car for days in a Bodyshop. Instead this can be repaired at your home using our same day service, Not only do you get a professional repair but also will save money on expensive bodyshop costs.
Whether you have one area which requires a repair or many areas these can be repaired at your convenience without having to leave your home or be without your vehicle, The colour is matched accurately by locating your vehicles individual paint code, Which is then entered into our colour database then mixed and a test card or “spray out card” to check that the colour is a 100% match before starting the repair.
Your vehicle is then prepared for the repair to be carried out by covering the vehicle with a protective sheet, to protect the other panels from dust and contamination, a sheet put on the area under your car to protect the area from any mess or dust.
The Damage is then sanded going through multiple graded paper to remove all of the damage, the area to be painted will be treated using abrasive paper, dust removed by using an air tool and the panel being decontaminated from waxes oil and dust,
Prepared for painting the areas not being painted will be masked off and covered. The damaged area will then be primed, re sanded and de contaminated again before the base coat is applied, which is then dried and any dust removed before the final lacquer coat is applied.
The repaired area Is dried by infrared shortwave lamps, allowed to cool before the lacquer is then sanded to remove any imperfections and then machine polished and waxed.
